Tuncay Aydoğan graduated from the Computer Programming Department of Dumlupınar University and the Business Administration Department of Anadolu University. He began his journey in the software world in 1998 through a four-year Technical High School Software Program, which sparked a deep and lasting passion for software engineering and technologies.
Aydoğan started his professional career in 2005 and joined SFS in 2008 as a Software Specialist within the Claims and Reinsurance Systems division. Over the following 17 years, he held key responsibilities across several critical departments at SFS, including Claims, Reinsurance, Collection, Production, and Infrastructure Systems, developing comprehensive solutions using a wide range of software technologies, particularly Microsoft .NET.
He designed and implemented the foundational architecture of the next-generation InsureE system, a core part of SFS’s technology transformation vision. Throughout this process, he played a highly strategic role in shaping the company’s digital restructuring efforts.
With over 20 years of experience in software technologies, Tuncay Aydoğan has been serving as the Chief Architect Officer (CAO), responsible for Software Infrastructure and Architectures at SFS, since February 2025.
