With this Clarification Text for the Processing of Personal Data (“Clarification Text”), as SFS Danışmanlık Bilgi İşlem Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“SFS”), in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform and as a data controller, the identity of the data controller, the identity of the data controller within the framework of our obligation to inform within the scope of KVKK. In accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation and as a data controller, we would like to inform you about the identity of the data controller, the purpose for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose your personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reasons for collecting your personal data and the rights granted to you under the KVKK within the framework of our disclosure obligation under the KVKK.
First of all, we would like to state that in the implementation of KVKK;
Explicit consent: Consent to a specific subject matter, based on information and freely given;
Anonymization: Personal data cannot be associated with an identified or identifiable natural person under any circumstances, even by matching with other data;
President: The President of the Personal Data Protection Authority;
Contact person: The natural person whose personal data is processed;
Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person;
Processing of personal data: All kinds of operations performed on personal data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of personal data by fully or partially automatic means or by non-automatic means provided that they are part of any data recording system;
Board: Personal Data Protection Board;
Organization: Personal Data Protection Authority;
Data processor: It refers to the natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authorization granted by the data controller.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. In this context, any information that can be associated with you such as your identity information, address and telephone information, bank account information is referred to as “Personal Data”. Pursuant to Article 6 of KVKK; sensitive data such as race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, association, foundation or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, and biometric and genetic data are referred to as “Sensitive Personal Data”. Accordingly, the explanations to be made for your personal data also cover your sensitive personal data.
Your personal data by SFS;
As SFS, we may transfer your personal data collected by the methods referred to in the Clarification Text to our business partners, suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations in line with the realization of the above-mentioned purposes.
Your personal data is collected in order to ensure compliance with KVKK policies and to carry out our activities in accordance with the legal legislation. Your collected personal data will be processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD. Pursuant to the relevant articles of the LPPD, your personal data is collected through the following channels, automatically or non-automatically, verbally, in writing or electronically, by the following methods:
By applying to SFS in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK titled “Rights of the Relevant Person”;

g. To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) of Article 11 of the KVKK to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
h. To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i. You have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the processing of personal data in violation of the KVKK.
In this context, you can submit your applications regarding your above-mentioned rights by hand or through a notary public by sending an e-mail to our e-mail address given below or a wet signed petition to our company address by creating your applications to meet the conditions determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. SFS will finalize the request as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In the event that a separate cost arises regarding the finalization of the requests by SFS, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested by SFS.
