Chairman of the Board
Born in 1961, Erhan Tunçay graduated from Saint-Joseph French High School and completed a double major in Business Administration and Political Sciences departments of Boğaziçi University.
Between 1988-1999, he worked as Marketing Manager, Correspondent Relations Manager, and Corporate Loans Unit Manager at the head office of Garanti Bank. He was a member of Garanti Bank Asset & Liability Committee. He performed the Moscow representative role of Garanti Bank.
Between 1999-2004, he worked as the joint general manager of Garanti Insurance and Garanti Life & Pension companies. He led the way in the reorganization of both companies, rearrangement of the organization and processes, creation of new products and strategies, development of the information technology infrastructure, and implementation of Garanti Bank and effective bank insurance applications.
During his duty as a general manager, he was a board member of the Association of Turkish Insurance Companies.
Between 2005-2013, he served as the General Secretary of the Association of Insurance Companies of Turkey. He managed the insurance industry relations with the government, bureaucracy, public authority, and all stakeholders in the industry and abroad. He served as a member of the Executive Committee of the European Insurance Association.
During his duty as a general manager, he fulfilled the positions of DASK Vice-Chairman, Turk Loydu Foundation Vice-Chairman, Agricultural Insurance Pool (Tarsim) Board Member, Assurance Account Vice-Chairman, Insurance Info Center Vice-Chairman, Insurance Training Center Vice Chairman, Insurance Arbitration Board Vice-Chairman, Turkish Motor Insurers’ Bureau Vice-Chairman, Turkish Insurance Institute Foundation Vice-Chairman and Turkish Society for Quality (KALDER) Vice-Chairman.
During his 15 years of senior executive and 25 years of business life, he took training on effective management, leadership, sales & marketing techniques, communication, risk analysis, balance sheet management, effective presentation, and performance management.
During his duties as General Manager and General Secretary, he acted as speaker and session chairman in conferences, seminars, and many meetings.
In 2018, he shared and published his experiences and know-how on effective leadership and management by means of his direct experiences, which he gained in his business life of about 30 years, in his book "Fark Yaratan Liderlik" (currently available in Turkish only and the book title means “Leadership That Makes a Difference” in English)
He has a web site named “www.liderlikbecerileri.com” which is based on leadership skills. He continues to provide training, mentorship, business advisory services and international arbitration in leadership, teamwork and personal development topics, and training and advisory services for companies in General Data Protection Regulation Compliance projects. So far, he already accomplished advisory services in General Data Protection Regulation Compliance projects for 30 companies from several sectors.
Born in 1966, Ünalacak graduated from TED Kayseri Koleji, had his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Department of Boğaziçi University and had his MBA degree from İstanbul University. He also completed Executive Management Programme at Wharton Business School and London Business School.
Between 1988-1998, he worked in several roles in Koç Holding, Ciba Geigy Turkey and Inchcape Logistics Turkey. He joined Aviva Insurance Group in 1998. He was Executive Vice President at Aviva Life and Pensions until 2007, held Aviva Group role as Aviva Europe IT Director in London until 2012, and had Executive Vice President role at AvivaSa Pensions and Life.
In his 30+ years of experience, he served in various sectors internationally in executive positions in Group and company levels. Ünalacak provides consultancy to various companies on IT and Management in various sectors including aviation and retail.
Board member of SFS, Tatlıcıoğlu is graduated from Bilkent University, Faculty of Business Administration. He holds an M.A degree from New York Institute of Technology. He worked for various financial institutions as a lead auditor and internal control manager. His specializations include risk management and internal control process. Tatlıcıoğlu is a Certified Internal Control Specialist and a Certified Internal Control Professional.
Graduated from Boğaziçi University Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Murat Atıcı, has a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC). Holding an MBA from Madrid IE Business School, Murat Atıcı, launched his career as an Account Manager at Hewlett Packard between 1995-1998. Then, he worked as an Account Manager in Cisco Systems Turkey between 1998-2001, as a Sales Manager in EMC Turkey between 2001-2002 and as a Sales Manager in SAP Turkey between 2002-2007. After that, Mr. Atıcı worked at Bimsa, first as the Sales and Marketing Director, next as the Vice President responsible for Sales and Operations for 7 years in total. After Bimsa, Mr. Atıcı worked at Oracle between 2014-2016 as a Country Director of Applications responsible for Turkey, Central Asia and Kazakhstan, and at Samsung Turkey between 2016-2020 as the Country Director for B2B Mobile Business Unit.
Having worked as an executive roles in many international technology companies with his experience of more than 25 years, Murat Atıcı has recently assumed the position of CEO Consultant at Netaş.
Chief Technology Officer
Chief Technology Officer Burak Sol is responsible for Software and R&D.
Sol, having nearly 19 years business experience, has a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and a master’s degree in International Quality Management. Sol, took various management positions such as Software Team Leader, Infrastructure Applications Software Unit Manager, Front Office Applications Group Manager.
Burak Sol, is specialized in areas such as software architecture & development, database design, data transformation, software design, team management, preparing POC, prototypes and demonstration of software. He is married and has 1 child.
Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer Özlem Soysal is an independent accountant.
Soysal, is graduated from Trakya University and Anadolu University Department of Business and a master’s degree Institute of Social Sciences from Bahçeşehir University. With her 22 years of business experience Soysal, worked in big companies such as SEK Süt Endüstri Kurumu, RMK Marine Gemi Yapım San. Deniz Taş. A.Ş., Karland Otomotiv A.Ş.
She worked at Heksagon Katı Atık Yönetimi San. ve Tic. A.Ş. as an Accounting and Finance Manager, was responsible for the main holding company and the other 7 companies.
Chief Sales Officer
Chief Sales Officer Atilla Munlu is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Business Partners and Customer Relations.
Munlu, who has about 25 years of professional experience, graduated from Ege University, Computer and Anadolu University, Economics departments and spent almost all of his career at SFS. Munlu, who started at SFS as a Business Analyst then gained his management experience in technical departments in Project Management, Software Networks Product Management, Software Networks Unit Management fields. After that, he continued his career in the field of Sales & Marketing starting as a Sales and Marketing Manager. Munlu is married with two children.
Chief Product Officer
Chief Product Officer Ali Sağlamdemir is responsible for Product and Financial Services.
Sağlamdemir, a graduate of Istanbul University Computer Engineering, started his career at SFS. Sağlamdemir, who has assumed the positions of Software Engineering, Software Development Manager, Financial Systems Group Manager, Product Management Group Manager at SFS for 25 years, has been appointed as the Assistant General Manager of Product and Financial Systems as of 2021.
Having a lot of experience in end to end insurance processes and automation, software architecture and development, software design, database design, data transformation, project management and product management, Sağlamdemir has managed teams full-time in his projects and during the automation system transitions of 8 insurance companies.
Ali Sağlamdemir is married and has 2 children.
